The VoiceShop — pitch delivery and vocal presence coaching for startup founders

The VoiceShop is a pitch delivery and vocal presence practice founded by Assumpta Munsi, a professional opera performer of more than twenty years who now trains startup founders, executives and teams. We close the gap between how good an idea is and how good its founder sounds explaining it. The work is performance training — breath, voice, body mechanics, mental preparation, storytelling and real-time composure — not slide templates or pitch frameworks. Coaching is delivered online and on site across Europe, in English and German.

For founders

The Delivery Intensive is one-to-one coaching for founders preparing for a specific high-stakes moment: an investor meeting, a demo day, a Series A pitch or a conference keynote. We work on how you sound and how you hold the room under pressure.

For executives and teams

Executive Voice and Presence coaching for leaders who present to boards, clients and large internal audiences, and group sessions for teams who want a shared standard for how they communicate.

For accelerators and venture programmes

Cohort workshops for accelerators, incubators and venture studios, run as part of a demo day or investor-readiness track. Scoped and priced per programme by proposal.

Self-paced and free

The Founder's Pitch Prep Kit is a self-paced preparation workbook. Pitch Gym is a free weekly online practice session where founders rehearse out loud and get live feedback.

About Assumpta Munsi

Assumpta Munsi spent more than twenty years as a professional opera performer before bringing classical vocal and performance training into the startup world. She is also an angel investor, which means she has sat on both sides of the pitch table — as the performer and as the person being pitched. That combination is the basis of the method: founders are coached on delivery and presence, while slide design, deck production and investor introductions stay outside our scope.
