What types of services do you offer?

At The VoiceShop, we offer personalized one-on-one coachings, public speaking workshops, teambuilding singing experienes, opera experiences, and university workshops focused on vocal wellness and effective communication.

What can I expect during a coaching session?

During a coaching session, you will engage in vocal exercises tailored to your needs, receive constructive feedback, and practice techniques to improve your singing or speaking abilities. Each session us costumized to help you achieve your specific goals.

How are your workshops structured?

Our workshops include interactive activities, group discussions, and practical exercises that focus on key skills such as vocal projection, breath control, articulation, and confidence in public speaking. We tailor each workshop to meet the specific needs of the participants.

Do you offer virtual sessions or workshops?

Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions and some of our workshops to accomodate your preferences and schedules. Get in touch with us today to find your perfect fit.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?

We understand that plans can change but please take note of our cancellation policies to avoid any surprises.

For one-on-one coaching sessions, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel within this period, we will charge the full session price, but you can reschedule without penalty if you do so beforehand.

Workshops have a longer window of 72 hours for cancellations. If you notify us before this period, we can offer you a new date at no extra cost. However, if you decide to cancel altogether, the non-refundable deposit made during your reservation will be retained.

Should you cancel after the 72-hour window, we will charge the full purchase price. For rescheduling within this timeframe, you may be responsible for any additional costs incurred by our team.
